We lost our AC system due to hurricane Ian. We live in Fort Myers, FL and you all know the size of the disaster. So it was close to impossible to find anybody to respond quickly and also be reasonably priced at time like this. Patriot Cooling company is so different from any company we tried to reach out to. Alex was able to locate 2 units for us at the pre hurricane price and drove a grate distance to get them on the same day. Next day after we got power, we had first unit installed. He worked so hard all day by himself, since his other crew members were helping other customers. Next day they put second unit in. What a relief ! Very professional, honest and kind! I cannot express enough my gratitude to Alex and his crew. We are his loyal customers now. Wishing them all be well and safe.

04/03/23 Just an update. Almost 6 months later, both AC units are working great! We are very grateful to Patriot Cooling from Naples for coming through during such a difficult time. Wonderfull people and great job!

My AC broke due to the power surge during the Ian hurricane. Fortunately, a friend recommended me Patriot Cooling, they did a great job! On top of the fantastic job and great price, their customer service is outstanding. I will definitely call them for any additional services I may need.

Great company I can’t say enough about them

Alex is a true professional and very reasonably priced compared to his competitors. Not to mention he’s one of the most honest a/c guys I’ve met. Didn’t try to upsell. Just sold me the unit I needed and installed it within a couple of days.

Highly recommend Alex. We had our AC system maintained and now we are going to have him install our UV light in our system.
